The pre purchase inspection looks at the major systems of the home. During the inspection we recommend that the client (you?) be present. You will learn a lot about the home during the inspection. An average inspection can take between 2 to4 hours depending on how many questions you have. We are happy to answer any and all of your questions. It is important to ask questions so that you will understand the condition and basic operation of the home. The more you know about the home, the better you will be able to make a well informed decision on purchasing that home. At Advisor we allow time to sit down with you and go over the report. At Advisor we feel that it is important that you understand the basic operation of all of the components in the home.
New Construction Inspection

The report contains the Scope of the Inspection, a summary or The Bottom Line, a review of the 9 major components of the home and information regarding maintenance and life cycle costs. The report contains additional reference material to assist in understanding the systems of your home.
