During his many years in the Construction Industry, George has worked in the Residential and Commercial sectors of the Construction Industry.  Experience gained as a certified tradesman, construction estimator, project manager, construction manager, and superintendent has provided an invaluable background for Home Inspections.  This journey has provided hands on experience from the footings, to the roof and all that is in between in your home. 

Being familiar with the over 30 trades, contractors and suppliers that are part of every home construction is a key element in providing you with a quality home inspection.  Should the home be over 100 years old and be of stone and brick construction, wood frame, or insulated concrete form, George has renovated, repaired, upgraded, or built these types of homes.  Should the home have an ancient boiler, a typical forced air system or a hybrid high efficiency system George has experience with these systems and more.

George enjoys working with his clients in helping them make an informed decision.  Should the home be good or bad, high maintenance or turn key, well built or a handy man special, George is very good at communicating the facts about the home.
